Pour into greased casserole dish, 8 x 10 or larger. In a small bowl, mix together remaining cheese, panko, and parsley.

Cover dish with foil and bake 30 minutes (40 if using brown rice). While your salmon and broccoli bakes, cook your rice.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the broccoli is roasted. Prep a baking sheet by lightly greasing. Place the marinated salmon skin side down on one half of the baking sheet and add the broccoli to the other half. Sprinkle over casserole. Mix well.

Add garlic salt, crushed red pepper (if using), broccoli, rice, salmon, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Then it’s time to assemble!
